Father Gill and the Papua New Guinea UFO with Human Figures

· 37s

On the evening of June 26, 1959, Reverend William Booth Gill, an Anglican priest stationed at the Boianai Mission in Papua New Guinea, observed a large luminous craft hovering above the mission…

Narration

Above the remote Boianai Mission, a luminous disc hung silently over the tropical night.

June 26, 1959 — the remote Boianai Mission on Goodenough Bay, Papua New Guinea.

Reverend Gill stood calm on the mission lawn, notepad in hand, as 37 witnesses waved upward.

A narrow column of intense blue-white light blazed vertically from the craft into the tropical sky.

Gill's written report reached the Royal Australian Air Force — the case stayed officially unidentified.

On June 27 it returned, then silently ascended, leaving 38 witnesses and no explanation ever.
