1. Primary contact
The formal channel for all support categories below is info@regularjoe.io. RJVideo is operated by 'Regular Joe' (Joe's Workshop), and credit purchases are handled by Dodo Payments Inc. as Merchant of Record.
2. What to include
Your account email, the Dodo order reference if billing-related, the generation job ID if technical, and a short description with screenshots where relevant.
3. Categories handled
Billing, generation failure, account access, privacy and data-protection requests, formal legal correspondence, and EU AI Act or Acceptable Use Policy complaints. All categories use the same single inbox.
4. Response time
Best-effort. We acknowledge within 3 business days and target resolution within 14 days for most issues. RJVideo is operated as an independent small operation.
5. Other channels
The verified @regu1ar_j0e account on X is suitable for general questions, but is not a formal support channel. Use email for anything time-sensitive or formal.
6. Escalation
If you have not received a response within 7 days, resend your message with the subject line [ESCALATION] and the original message thread. Where required by national law, EU consumers may also use the Alternative Dispute Resolution body available in their member state.
